Balloon Glamma is a proudly local Yarra Valley business with over 15 years' experience creating bespoke balloon designs for life's special moments.
What began as a creative journey while raising my three children has grown into a passion-led business ~and today, as a proud Glam-ma to six gorgeous glam-babies, that love for celebration and connection is stronger than ever.
Every Balloon installation is thoughtfully designed and lovingly created, with attention to detail, quality and a genuine desire to make your event feel extra special. I truly love what I do, and I hope that shines through in every balloon I create.

I’m Robyn, the founder of Balloon Glamma
— a business built from resilience, creativity, and a genuine love for bringing joy to others.
My journey into the balloon and party industry wasn’t planned and began unexpectedly after taking time away from work to care for my young son during a serious illness, and rebuilding myself following a difficult chapter in my life, I stepped into a family-run party shop on a whim. When asked if I knew how to inflate a balloon, I confidently replied, “No… but how hard could it be?”
That moment sparked the beginning of a passion.
Over the next four years, I learnt the craft from the ground up — discovering that there is, in fact, an art to creating perfectly shaped balloons, thoughtful designs, and memorable moments. When the business later went into liquidation, I lost not only my job but a significant investment. Instead of giving up, I chose to back myself.
I opened my first small business, Party Link, navigated the challenges of COVID, and ultimately rebranded and evolved into Balloon Glamma — a business shaped by balloons, memorable designs, resilience, growth, experience, perseverance, continual learning and a genuine love for what I do.
Today, I work from home, continually learning, researching new trends, refining my techniques, and adding thoughtful detail and “wow” to every creation. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me doing much the same — or spending time with my gorgeous Glam-babies, who remind me why I do what I do, fill my cup and inspire me every day.
Balloon Glamma is more than balloons. It’s proof that starting over is possible — and that passion, persistence, and heart truly matter.

Yes. We offer high-quality helium balloons, including classic latex, foils, personalised balloons, and statement pieces. Helium balloons can be collected or delivered, depending on your selection.
Absolutely. Every event is unique, and we love creating designs that reflect your vision. Colours, sizes, themes, and styles can all be tailored to suit your celebration or brand.
Our prop collection includes arches, backdrops, plinths, mesh walls, shimmer walls, signage stands, cake plinths, and more. Props can be hired on their own or styled with balloons for a cohesive, elevated look.
Space requirements vary depending on the design. Smaller garlands require minimal room, while larger installations like arches or backdrops may need 2–3 metres of space. We’ll confirm all measurements during the planning process.
Our balloons are created using professional-grade materials and typically last:
Indoor installations: several days to a week
Outdoor installations: same day to 24 hours (weather dependent)
Longevity cannot be guaranteed due to temperature, wind, and sun exposure.
Yes, outdoor setups are possible. However, balloons are sensitive to heat, wind, and rain. We’ll always provide guidance and may recommend alternative designs for extreme conditions.
Yes. Delivery, professional setup, and pack-down (where applicable) are available and quoted based on location, size, and complexity of the installation.
Yes, we regularly work with private venues, homes, and corporate locations. Please ensure venue approval and access times are confirmed prior to your event date.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due prior to installation or collection.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and peak seasons. Last-minute bookings may be accommodated subject to availability.
Yes. All props are thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and maintained between hires to ensure a high-quality finish for every event.
We use professional-grade latex balloons that are biodegradable. We also encourage responsible disposal and reuse of props where possible.
